Terms & conditions

Welcome to Mother Sparsh Preschool! These terms and conditions outline the agreement between you, as the parent or guardian, and Mother Sparsh Preschool, regarding the enrollment and participation of your child in our educational programs. By enrolling your child, you agree to comply with these terms. Enrollment and Admission To enroll a child at Mother Sparsh Preschool, parents or guardians must complete the registration process, providing all necessary details regarding the child’s personal information, health, and emergency contacts. Enrollment is confirmed upon the submission of a completed registration form and the payment of the required fees. The preschool is open to children between the ages of 2 and 6 years. It is essential that parents or guardians provide accurate and current information, including any special needs or medical conditions the child may have, to ensure proper care and support. Fees and Payment Fees for the preschool must be paid according to the school’s fee schedule, which is due at the beginning of each term or semester. Fees are typically non-refundable, except in exceptional cases, such as withdrawal prior to the start of the term or as agreed upon with the management. If payment is not made within the specified time, a late payment fee may be applied. The preschool reserves the right to suspend services until outstanding fees are settled. Attendance and Punctuality Regular attendance is crucial for the child’s development and the full benefit of our program. Parents are expected to ensure their child attends preschool consistently and arrives on time each day. If a child is ill or unable to attend, parents must inform the preschool in advance. Continuous tardiness or unexplained absences may require discussion to ensure the child’s needs are being met. Code of Conduct Mother Sparsh Preschool expects that all children, parents, and guardians maintain a respectful and appropriate attitude while on the premises. Disruptive, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior from children or accompanying adults will not be tolerated. If such behavior arises, the preschool reserves the right to review the child’s enrollment and take necessary actions, which may include temporary suspension or dismissal from the preschool. Health and Safety The health and safety of all children is our top priority. Parents must inform the preschool of any known allergies, medical conditions, or special needs of their child to ensure that appropriate care is provided. In case of an emergency, the preschool will take immediate action, including contacting the child’s emergency contacts or seeking medical attention if required. Parents are asked to provide written consent for emergency medical treatment, ensuring that we can respond quickly if necessary. Parent Communication We believe in open and transparent communication between the preschool and parents. Parents are encouraged to regularly check for notices and updates regarding school events, schedules, and health-related information. Parent-teacher meetings will be scheduled to discuss the child’s progress, and parents are encouraged to attend and engage in the activities organized by the preschool. Withdrawal and Termination Should parents wish to withdraw their child from the preschool, written notice must be provided in advance, typically with a notice period of one month. This allows the preschool time to manage the changes accordingly. If the preschool finds that the child’s behavior or other factors significantly disrupt the functioning of the school, we reserve the right to review the child’s enrollment and make decisions based on the best interest of the child and the preschool community. Liability While the preschool takes all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and well-being of each child, it cannot be held responsible for any accidents or injuries that may occur during school hours, except in cases where negligence is proven. Parents are expected to ensure that their child’s health and safety are fully disclosed to the preschool. Photography and Media From time to time, we may take photographs or videos of children during school activities for promotional purposes or school events. By enrolling your child at Mother Sparsh Preschool, you give permission for such media to be used unless you provide us with written notice to the contrary. Amendments to Terms Mother Sparsh Preschool reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions as needed. Any significant changes will be communicated to the parents and guardians in a timely manner. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of [Country/State], and any disputes related to the preschool’s policies will be handled in the relevant jurisdiction. By enrolling your child at Mother Sparsh Preschool, you agree to the above terms and conditions. We are committed to providing a nurturing, safe, and educational environment for your child, and we appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines.
